NewContactRoles template automatically adds a value to the picklist that allows you to auto-create a new case contact role picklist value.
To create this template, follow the below steps:
Login to your AutoRABIT account.
Click on Env. Pro. module.
Click on Create New Template.
Go to the Create Unsupported Metadata Template tab.
Give the template a name and a short description of it.
Select the NewContactRoles checkbox available under Case Contact Roles.
Click Add.
On the next screen, you will find a test case name appear automatically by default. To add the custom test data, click on Add button.
However, you'll need to add a new Contact Role for the auto-generated or your custom test case name, do the steps that follow:
Click onicon.
Enter the contact role in the Contact Role Name field.
You can even add multiple contacts for the above-generated test case. Click on the + symbol and fill in the fields as mentioned in the steps earlier.
Click OK. Once done click on Save button to save this page
Click Save to save the template.
Once the template is successfully created, you'll be redirected to the Environment Provisioning History screen.
Click on the Run button to run the current template on your destination org.
Select your destination org from the dropdown and enter the email address(es) to receive an email notification whenever the template is run.
In the Post Deployment Steps, select the test cases that you have recently created.
