AutoRABIT Vault Freemium User Registration

This guide explains the AutoRABIT Vault Freemium trial registration workflow. The flow covers account creation, region selection, agreement acknowledgment, email notifications, trial access details, free trial limits, and OTP verification required to continue into the trial instance.

Workflow Summary

Step	Purpose	Result

Submit the request	Send the completed registration details to AutoRABIT Vault.	AutoRABIT Vault processes the request and sends email notifications.
Review the emails	Use the received emails to confirm OTP and trial activation details.	The OTP, instance URL, master code, trial period, and limits are available.
Verify OTP	Enter the OTP sent to the registered email address.	The account verification step is completed.

Note: AutoRABIT Vault Free Trial access remains active for 14 days from the subscription start date. After the trial period ends, account data is retained for an additional 7 days. Once this retention period is complete, the account is permanently deleted, and no user data is retained after deletion.

Start Freemium Registration

The AutoRABIT Vault login page provides the entry point for creating a Freemium account. Selecting Create Account opens the registration form used to request trial access.

Complete the Registration Form

The registration form captures the required account details. The form includes name, account, email, organization, and region fields. The selected region determines the storage location and trial instance region associated with the account.

When Region / Location is selected, AutoRABIT Vault displays the available region options. After a region is selected, the form retains the selected value and continues to show the agreement acknowledgment requirement.

The Sign up action remains disabled until the required agreement acknowledgment is completed. This ensures that the registration request is submitted only after the agreement requirement is satisfied.

Review and Accept the Agreement

Selecting the agreement acknowledgment opens the confirmation prompt. The prompt states that continuing with the AutoRABIT Vault trial indicates acceptance of the AutoRABIT Master Services Agreement and the AutoRABIT Vault Services, on behalf of the organization. It also notes that if the account is already governed by an existing MSA, the trial continues under that MSA.

The Agreement link opens the agreement page in a separate view. The agreement page provides the terms that can be reviewed before the acknowledgment is selected in the registration form.

After the acknowledgment checkbox is selected, the prompt enables the Accept and Continue action. This confirms the agreement acknowledgment and returns the flow to the registration form.

Selecting Accept and Continue confirms the acknowledgment and prepares the form for submission.

Submit the Registration Request

After all required fields are completed and the agreement is acknowledged, selecting Sign up submits the registration request. AutoRABIT Vault displays a sending state while the request is being processed.

Email Notifications Sent After Registration

After the registration request is processed, AutoRABIT Vault sends email notifications from No Reply Freemium <[e-mail]>. The flow includes an OTP email for verification and a trial activation email that confirms the trial account status and provides access details.

Note: The email client may display a privacy banner stating that external images were not downloaded. This banner is controlled by the email client and does not affect the Vault registration status.

Verification Code Email

The verification email provides the OTP required for the OTP Verification screen. The email is sent from No Reply Freemium and uses the subject Your ARVault Verification Code.

Trial Activation Email

The trial activation email confirms that the registration has been completed and that the account is active. It also provides the next onboarding action, access details, trial limits, support contact, and footer navigation references.

Verify the OTP

After the OTP email is received, AutoRABIT Vault displays the OTP Verification screen. The screen confirms the registered email address and provides the OTP entry fields. Entering the received OTP validates the registered email and completes the verification step for trial access.
