Web to Case
To create a Web to Case template, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your AutoRABIT account. 
- Navigate to the Env. Pro. module. 
- Click Create New Template. 
- Open the Create tab and select Unsupported Metadata Template. 
- Provide a Template Name and a Short Description. 
- Select the WebToCase checkbox under Create Web to Case. 
- Click Add. 
- On the next screen, a Test Case Name will appear by default. Click Add to define custom test data. Fill in the required fields, then click Save: - Default Case Origin – Set the default origin for cases submitted online. 
- Default Response Template – Choose email templates to respond to different case types. 
- Hide Record Information – Enable this option to hide record details in failure notification emails. 
- Email Signature – Enter the desired email ID to appear in responses. 
  
- Click Save to finalize the template. 
- After saving, you will be redirected to the Environment Provisioning History screen. 
- Click Run to execute the template on your target org. 
- Choose your Destination Org from the dropdown and specify the Email Address(es) to receive notifications upon execution. 
- In the Post Deployment Steps, select the newly created test cases. 
- To view a comprehensive operation summary, visit the View History page.
