NewTeamRole
The newTeamRole template allows you to add a new case team role.
To create this template, follow the below steps:
- Login to your AutoRABIT account. 
- Click on Env. Pro. module. 
- Click on Create New Template. 
- Go to the Create Unsupported Metadata Template tab. 
- Give the template a name and a short description of it. 
- Select the NewTeamRole checkbox available under Case Team Roles. 
- Click Add. 
- On the next screen, you will find a Test case name that appears automatically by default. To add the custom test data, click on Add button. You will have the following options to check: - Click on  icon. icon.
- Role Name: Enter the new role name to be changed 
- Case Access: Enter the case access and if it is required. 
- Visible in Customer Portal: If you want the Role Name to be visible in the customer portal, check the Visible in Customer Portal checkbox. 
- You can even add multiple values for the above-generated test case. Click on the + symbol and fill in the fields mentioned in the earlier steps. 
- Click OK. Once done, click on Save to save this page. 
  
- Next, Click Save to save the template. 
- Once the template is successfully created, you'll be redirected to the Environment Provisioning History screen. 
- Click the Run button to run the template on your destination org. 
- Select your destination org from the dropdown and enter the email address(es) to receive an email notification whenever the template is run. 
- In the Post Deployment Steps, select the test cases that you have recently created. 
- Please check the View History page for a detailed summary report of the operation carried out.
