Support Portal
The best way to contact us is to log in and submit a ticket via our support portal. You can do so by logging in to your instance and opening a ticket using the following steps.
However, if you are unable to log in to your instance, please access our portal at https://support.autorabit.com/portal/en/home. Here, you can view and search for Knowledge Base articles and FAQs, access existing support tickets, visit the Learning Hub, and watch relevant videos. If you still need further assistance, scroll to the bottom of the Support Portal page to submit a Help Desk ticket.
ARM Product Support
Log in to the instance: After logging in, proceed to the next step.
Navigate to Quick Links: Click on the “Quick Links” section.
Access the Support Portal: Locate and select the “Help Desk & Feedback” button. This will redirect you to our Support Portal.
Existing Tickets: On the Support Portal page, you’ll find access to existing tickets. If you have an open ticket, you can view its status here.
Create a New Ticket: To create a new ticket, click on the “Add Ticket” button. Provide relevant details about your issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
Vault Product Support
Log in to the instance. After logging in, proceed to the next step.
Access the Help Center: Click on the question mark (?) icon (usually located in the top-right corner) and select “Get Help.”
Existing Tickets: On the Support Portal page, you’ll find access to existing tickets. If you have an open ticket, you can view its status here.
Create a New Ticket: To create a new ticket, click on the “Add Ticket” button. Provide relevant details about your issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
CodeScan Product Support
Log in to the instance.
Click on the question mark icon (?) > then click on “Get Help.”
It will redirect you to the Support Portal page where existing tickets can be accessed. You can also create a new ticket by clicking on the “Add Ticket” button.
Email Support
If you are unable to use the methods above, you can email us at support@autorabit.com; however, the portal is the preferred and recommended method.
If you need to contact your Customer Success Manager but don’t know how to reach them, you can email csg@autorabit.com.
If your questions are sales-related, contact your Account Executive or email sales@autorabit.com. They will help your message get to the right people.
