# Configuring VS Code Extension

To configure the AutoRABIT VS Code extension, follow these steps:

## Step-by-Step Configuration

1. Click the **AutoRABIT** logo in the **Activity** bar and navigate to **Help > Open Settings**.

   * This opens the **AutoRABIT Settings** page in a new tab.

2. In your browser, enter the domain-specific AutoRABIT URL:

* Replace `{your-domain}` with your actual AutoRABIT domain. For example:

```
https://playground.autorabit.com/
```

3. Enter your **API Token** in the **Token** field.
4. Click **Validate Token** to confirm both the token and domain URL are valid.

5. Once validated, add your [Salesforce Org](https://knowledgebase.autorabit.com/product-guides/arm/integration-and-plugins/visual-code-extension/broken-reference), Remote Repository, or Branch to the VS Code extension. 6. Click **Save Settings** to finalize and apply your configuration.
