# Scheduled Backup List

Administrators or users with administrative roles can view and manage the ongoing backup schedules for the Salesforce Org associated with their Vault account.

### Procedure <a href="#procedure" id="procedure"></a>

1. Log in to your **Vault** account.
2. Navigate to **Settings > Scheduling Options** tab.
3. Select your [**Salesforce Org**](/product-guides/vault/configuring-vault/registering-salesforce-org.md). Vault will display the list of scheduled backups for the selected org.

4. You can temporarily pause an ongoing backup operation. To do so, select a backup from the list and click **Pause**.
5. To resume a paused backup, click the **Activate** button.
