Error: "OAuth Authentication Failed"

Description

When I try to register a Salesforce environment in ARM, I get an error "OAuth Authentication Failed."

Cause

This is due to the fact that while adding the Salesforce org to ARM, you did not use the My domain URL.

Resolution

Use My Domain URL while registering a Salesforce org inside ARM.
